Who We Are
JAAAM Foundation Inc. empowers Jamesburg youth with the opportunities, resources, and support they need to thrive academically, athletically, and creatively. We believe every student deserves access to meaningful learning experiences, caring mentors, and pathways that help them succeed in school and beyond.
When students have access to the right support, they gain the confidence to pursue their goals and build brighter futures for themselves and their community.
Our First Initiative- Early Success!
JAAAM Foundation Inc. is a newly launched nonprofit rooted in equity, representation, and opportunity. Our Executive Director, William Fee, was awarded an Envision Equity Grant through the NEA Foundation in recognition of his commitment to expanding opportunities for underserved students.
The awarded funds were deposited into JAAAM Foundation Inc. to support the 2026–27 Multicultural Showcase — a student‑centered event celebrating identity, culture, creativity, and community pride. The showcase will launch in Jamesburg and is expected to expand to additional schools in future years.
We are committed to growing our programs, deepening community partnerships, and creating sustainable opportunities for Jamesburg youth year after year.
Our Story
JAAAM Foundation was created after William Fee taught countless students who had the drive, talent, and heart to succeed — but simply needed more. Their determination, despite limited resources, inspired a promise: to build a foundation that ensures every young person has the guidance, opportunities, and encouragement they need to rise and reach their full potential.

Approximately 700 K–8 students in the Jamesburg community will be served as programs launch.
